The Cinematic Highlight / Next Day Edit

The Next Day Edit is a professionally crafted cinematic highlight film created from your wedding celebration footage and ready within a day after the event. Unlike traditional wedding videos that take weeks to produce, a Next Day Edit is edited overnight to include footage from the e‑shoot and every major celebration leading up to the wedding day — capturing the joy, emotion, cultural traditions, and memorable moments from those events. This polished edit gives you and your guests an immediate cinematic recap of the most meaningful parts of your wedding journey, typically premiered for loved ones during the reception. It’s a beautifully structured film that tells the story of your wedding weekend while the excitement and emotions are still fresh.

Engagement Reception – Da Vinci Banquet Hall, Woodbridge

This video captures Aroop & Armiya’s engagement party and ring ceremony — a joyful celebration marking the formal beginning of their wedding journey. In many Punjabi and Sikh wedding traditions, the engagement (often called Mangni or Sagai) is when the couple publicly exchanges rings as a symbol of their commitment and intention to marry in front of family and loved ones. This event brings together close family and friends for blessings, celebrations, and commemorative moments that set the tone for the wedding festivities to come.

We were commissioned to capture both photography and videography for this engagement celebration, documenting everything from candid laughter to heartfelt moments with family. The couple was so impressed with how beautifully we captured their engagement party — telling their story in both still images and motion — that they chose to book us for the entire wedding weekend as well. This video serves not only as a stunning visual memory of their engagement but also as the beginning of their wedding narrative.

Mayian & Chooda Ceremony – Brampton

The Mayian and Chooda ceremony is an important traditional pre‑wedding ritual in Punjabi and Sikh culture, where family members gather to prepare the bride with blessings, traditional attire, and the ceremonial chooda (red bangles) ahead of the wedding day. Mayian often includes turmeric application and symbolic celebrations the night before the wedding, while the Chooda ritual marks a key moment just before the wedding day itself. We captured both photography and videography of these meaningful events — from joyful interactions and vibrant ritual details to emotional family moments — creating a rich visual narrative of cultural traditions.

Street Jaggo & Sangeet – Brampton

This Jaggo and Sangeet video highlights two energetic pre‑wedding festivities. Jaggo is a lively nighttime celebration filled with music, dancing, folk celebration, and community spirit that often takes place the night before the wedding, while the Sangeet brings together family and friends for an evening of dance, song, and joyous entertainment. We were commissioned for both photography and videography, capturing the dynamic energy, joyful expressions, and cultural richness of these celebrations so that every moment — from dhol beats to bright smiles — is preserved beautifully.

Wedding Ceremony – Gursikh Sabha Canada, Scarborough

Aroop & Armiya’s Wedding Day was a beautiful blend of meaningful traditions, joyful moments, and cinematic storytelling. We were commissioned to capture both photography and videography throughout the day — from the quiet anticipation of the couple getting ready, to heartfelt family prayers (Ardas) and the ceremonial Milni that brings both families together. The heart of the day took place at Gursikh Sabha Canada in Scarborough, a respected Sikh Gurdwara known for its strong spiritual and community presence , where the Anand Karaj ceremony was performed in the presence of the Guru Granth Sahib, marking the couple’s sacred union. After the ceremony, we captured creative portrait and cinematic shots in a park, blending natural light and emotion into timeless visuals. The day concluded with the Doli — the emotional farewell as the bride begins her new journey. This full-day coverage reflects not just the sequence of events, but the emotions, traditions, and story that define a Sikh wedding celebration.
