Do you provide both wedding photography and videography?
Yes. We provide complete wedding coverage with one unified team. One partner leads the videography team while the other leads the photography team.

Do you use gimbals or stabilizers while shooting video?

Do you deliver final product in 4K?

Do you allow outfit changes during pre-wedding shoots?
Yes. Clients are welcome to plan for 2–3 outfit changes, depending on the duration of the shoot, to ensure maximum visual variety in your final collection.
How do you select pre-wedding shoot locations?
We consult with you to understand your vision. We recommend a curated selection of both unique free outdoor locations and premium paid venues based on the desired aesthetic, accessibility, and overall style.
Do you help couples pose during shoots?

What are the timing you recommend for pre-wedding shoots?
We recommend scheduling pre-wedding shoots during the golden hours—shortly after sunrise or just before sunset—to capture soft, flattering light and cinematic tones. Depending on your location and season, we can help choose the exact timing for the best results.
Do you offer surprise proposal shoots?

Deliverables & Editing
When do we receive our wedding pictures?
We deliver 15 sneak peek images within 48 hours and full event photos within 8 weeks of the last event.
Do you cap the number of photos we receive?
No. We provide a generous, high-resolution collection capturing the complete narrative and emotions of your wedding.
When do we receive our wedding videos?
We deliver your first video within 1–4 weeks. The full set of edited films is typically ready within 3–4 months.
Why don’t you make couples wait months before seeing anything?
We believe in sharing the joy quickly. Because we share each completed video as it is finished, clients begin receiving content early—long before the full delivery timeline.
Do you send videos for approval before finalizing the masterpiece?
Yes. We share every film for review before final production. Minor revisions are included.
Can we request changes after watching our videos?
Yes. We include minor revisions to ensure the final product aligns with your vision.
How long are the full videos?
The length of your wedding videos depends on how many hours are booked for each event and the package you choose. We offer two main editing styles for both wedding and reception events:
1. Full-Length Feature Film
Wedding: Highlights of the bride and groom getting ready, followed by the full ceremony coverage, edited with a multi-camera setup to capture every angle and detail.
Reception: Includes décor, cocktail hour, and candid moments compiled into one cinematic sequence. Full reception coverage from entrance to open dance floor, edited with a multi-camera setup to capture every moment.
Typical Length: Around 3 hours for major events like the wedding day or reception. Pre-event videos (like Mehndi, Haldi, or Sangeet) vary depending on booked hours.
2. Highlight Film
Wedding: Linear highlights of the bride and groom getting ready, followed by the ceremony.
Reception: Highlights décor, cocktail hour, candid moments, and full reception—from entrance to couples’ dance, edited with a multi-camera setup. Open dance floor is highlighted like a music video onto one song.
Pre-Events: Length depends on your chosen style and song selection.
This approach ensures couples can choose between a detailed cinematic experience or a concise, energetic highlight reel for each event.
How will we receive our photos and videos?
Your completed visual archive is delivered digitally via a secure, private online gallery and download link, allowing for easy viewing, downloading, and sharing with family and friends.
How long do you store client files?
We securely store your final approved videos and photos for a minimum of one year. We do not keep raw footage after the final delivery is complete.
What is your policy regarding unedited (RAW) files or original footage?
We do not release the unedited RAW files. The editing process—which refines light, color, and sharpens images—is integral to our artistic work and brand quality. We deliver only the professionally curated final products.
Do you offer Same-Day Edit videos?
Yes. If included in your package, we create a dynamic Same-Day Edit featuring pre-wedding moments and all major events up to the wedding day, ready to be premiered on reception screens.
Do you offer Next-Day Edit videos?
Yes. If included in your package, Our Next-Day Edit includes pre-wedding and all pre-events and wedding footage , structured into a captivating cinematic story to be premiered on reception screens.
Do you help clients choose music for their videos?
Yes. We utilize a combined approach: we welcome your song suggestions and will recommend, suitable cinematic tracks. The final selection is always made based on the mood, emotional pacing, and storytelling needs of the film.
Do you need a special room for Same-Day or Next-Day editing?
No. Our post-production team works efficiently and self-sufficiently, utilizing whatever space is available to craft your feature film.
Booking & Logistics
Do you arrive early on the event days?
Yes. Our team always arrives before the scheduled start time to set up gear, plan angles, and coordinate with your planner.
Do you cover all wedding events?
Yes. We cover the full scope of your celebration, including Sangeet, Mehndi, Jaggo, Haldi, Maiyaan, Choora, Anand Karaj, Hindu Pheras, Nikkah, and the reception.
Do you coordinate with planners, decorators, DJs, and venues?
Absolutely. We collaborate respectfully and closely with your planners, DJs, decorators, and venue coordinators to ensure that timing, lighting, and logistical alignment are perfect for flawless coverage.
Do you travel outside Brampton or the GTA?
Yes. We cover Brampton, Mississauga, Toronto, Vaughan, Scarborough, Etobicoke, North York, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Milton, Guelph, Hamilton, Bolton, Caledon, Georgetown, Orangeville, Burlington and more. Travel is free within the GTA; outside areas may include a mileage fee.
Can we add extra hours?
Yes. We understand the dynamic nature of cultural events. Additional hours can be seamlessly added to any event to ensure complete coverage for an additional overtime cost.
Can we book you for reception-only or ceremony-only?
Yes. We offer specialized single-event coverage based on our availability.
Do you cover destination weddings?
Yes. We are available to cover destination weddings globally. These opportunities are available upon request and require specialized planning.
Do you cover cocktail hour décor and candid moments?
Yes. We capture full décor coverage and candid family moments during cocktail hour, ensuring those subtle yet beautiful details are preserved before the reception festivities officially begin.
Can you help with timeline planning?
Yes. We leverage our extensive experience to help you construct a detailed, realistic photography and videography schedule, ensuring that all key moments are captured seamlessly and without undue pressure.
Do you bring your own transportation?
Yes. We travel independently with all equipment and arrive fully prepared for multi-location events.
How far in advance should we book?
Bookings fill quickly due to the high demand for specialized services, especially during the peak wedding season. We strongly recommend securing your dates 6–12 months in advance.
Do you double-book wedding dates?
No. We commit to exclusivity. We accept only one major wedding per day, dedicating the entirety of our creative focus and full technical resources solely to your event.
Do you require a retainer fee?
Yes. A 10% retainer fee is required upon contract signing to secure your date. This non-refundable retainer reserves our exclusive commitment to your wedding, turning away all other potential business for that date.
What is the full payment schedule after the retainer is secured?
We require a non-refundable retainer fee to lock in your date. The remaining balance is typically split into two or three installments: 50% of the remaining balance is due one month prior to the first event, and the final balance is due 7 days before your last scheduled event. This gives you peace of mind and flexibility.
Do you offer custom packages for multi-day weddings?
Yes. Our service is built around customization given the unique logistical demands of cultural events. We specialize in tailoring custom multi-day wedding photography packages that provide comprehensive coverage for Punjabi, Hindu, and Muslim events. We can provide a detailed pricing breakdown for video and photography coverage once we know your schedule.
Do you provide a written contract?
Yes. Every booking comes with a professional contract.
Can we upgrade our package later?
Yes. You can upgrade your package at any time, as long as the dates are still available. Many couples choose to book their pre-wedding events, wedding day, and reception in advance to secure everything upfront. However, if something wasn’t pre-booked, we will do our best to accommodate additional events or coverage based on our schedule.
Do you have backup equipment?
Yes. We maintain a comprehensive redundancy protocol, bringing backups of every essential element—cameras, lenses, audio, lighting, and storage—to safeguard your investment against any technical failure.
Do you photograph elopements or small weddings?
Yes. We cover celebrations of all sizes, from intimate elopements to large-scale receptions.
